Verse 10 reads, “an excellent wife who can find? She is far more precious than jewels.” The comparison to jewels emphasis someone that holds value through the anomaly of being someone of this virtue.

Societies distractions do not affect her Her intentional way of living. She is wise with her time, work, and spiritual growth. Her intentionality creates an atmosphere of peace because of her sacrificial love towards others. She looks at her neighbors needs and tries to finds ways to fill-in where they may be lacking. Her drive comes from opportunities where she can serve others and not from selfish desires or gains.

From the beginning of creation God made Eve to be Adams helper. In Hebrew, the word “helper” translates into two words; “rescue” and “support.” While These might not make sense to pair with eve (since she played a big role in the fall of man kind) the role that God intended for her is holds a lot of weight. Taking care of all the animals and land was no easy task. Gods intended purpose requires great qualifications.
